Gaddafi: West loses contratti, ma non la Germania
BERLINO (Reuters) - Il leader libico Muammar Gheddafi si è scagliato contro lo potenze occidentali in un'intervista alla tv tedesca, sottolineando che la Germania è l'unico paese con una chance di fare affari con il petrolio libico in futuro.
"Non ci fidiamo delle loro aziende, hanno cospirato contro di noi", ha detto Gheddafi in un estratto dell'intervista che sarà trasmessa più tardi dalla rete Rtl. "I nostri contratti petroliferi andranno a società russe, cinesi e indiane. L'Occidente sarà dimenticato".
Tra le nazioni occidentali, solo la Germania, che ha esitato a chiedere una no-fly zone over the country to protect the rebels fighting against the Rais, has emerged as "responsible."
"The Germans have taken a very good to us, very different from many other major Western countries," said Gaddafi, adding that Libya could imagine working with German companies in the future.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Britain have been pushing for a no-fly zone, while Germany and Russia contend that it can be counterproductive.
