Educare alla sostenibilità. Un concorso per le scuole

ENEA, Research Institution of national importance on energy, environment and new technologies, and the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) have signed an agreement to develop initiatives for sustainability.
The protocol provides for the distribution of themes and content of environmental education in Italian schools of all levels. It provides, inter alia, to develop through this training protocol designed to disseminate knowledge on sustainable development and to establish a true national network of schools for a sustainable future.

Un’iniziativa che deriva da questo protocollo e che parte in questo periodo è il concorso nazionale “ Educarsi al futuro ”. Si tratta di un bando rivolto alle scuole italiane che premia i migliori materiali didattici multimediali che hanno come argomento la divulgazione dei concetti e delle metodologie dello sviluppo sostenibile. Il concorso si rivolge agli insegnanti e alle classi che intendono cimentarsi con la produzione di materiali formativi basati sull’utilizzo del computer, del web, e sull’utilizzo delle lavagne multimediali interattive. Si tratterà di preparare veri e propri contenuti didattici costituiti da elaborati sui temi dell’ ambiente, dell’energia, delle risorse naturali, climate change, biodiversity, pollution, waste, new technologies, energy efficiency, responsible consumption, eco-ethics, globalization, the rights of peoples, the fight against poverty. May participate in the single class of a school, several classes of a single Institute or more classes in different institutions with a network project. The competition will award prizes for a total of fifteen € 25,000. The deadline for submitting the papers, which must be produced during this school year is April 30 next year.
